We need to start the offense with Tiago on the low block or with him rolling hard towards the baskets on the PnR. He opens up a lot of space for the shooters.
Maybe Manu and Tony shouldnt play alongside each other as much as they did in the past. Anyone else feel that way? It just seems like Tony plays better when Manu is not on the court. ( Manu plays great no matter who hes playing with)
How about bringing Manu off the bench again for this season?
I thought that they only play a small portion around each other. What I’ve seen is Manu runs the 2nd team a lot of times but since he’s been out its been RJ a lot.
Maybe. With Manu Tony won’t be playing 35 minutes per game and taking as many shots, though, so his numbers are going to be down. Doesn’t mean they don’t play well together.

Maybe Manu and Tony shouldnt play alongside each other as much as they did in the past. Anyone else feel that way? It just seems like Tony plays better when Manu is not on the court. ( Manu plays great no matter who hes playing with)
How about bringing Manu off the bench again for this season?

I thought that they only play a small portion around each other. What I’ve seen is Manu runs the 2nd team a lot of times but since he’s been out its been RJ a lot.

This is a valid point. Unfortunately, I don’t think Pop would be OK with that. It just wouldn’t “gel” with the Spurs coaches.
It’s a really good idea though.

Maybe. With Manu Tony won’t be playing 35 minutes per game and taking as many shots, though, so his numbers are going to be down. Doesn’t mean they don’t play well together.
