I guess they thought Corey would be the answer, then again, who knew both our part time PG (Manu) and our full time backup PG would go down within the same month.
Well, at least the team fought despite being short-handed. It’s always a battle with the Rockets. Pop, if this game doesn’t give you enough reason to play Tiago more then I don’t know how else I can deal with your methods.
The game was lost in that stretch where Lowry got straight to the cup, hit a three pointer in Leonards eye, then Dragic got straight to the cup. The D has to improve, big time.
I’m not saying every shot of theirs was contested. There were moments of bad d, but there were also shots that they made that just make you scratch your head.
I would never say they played stellar D in this game.
I meant in the 4th. Their defense was improving going into the 4th as they were shooting under 50% from the field. In the 4th, when the best lineup is in, their D was pretty good, but Houston made tough shots.
That said, if they were more consistent, they might not have had such a difficult time down the stretch.

The game was lost in that stretch where Lowry got straight to the cup, hit a three pointer in Leonards eye, then Dragic got straight to the cup. The D has to improve, big time.

I’m not saying every shot of theirs was contested. There were moments of bad d, but there were also shots that they made that just make you scratch your head.
I would never say they played stellar D in this game.

I meant in the 4th. Their defense was improving going into the 4th as they were shooting under 50% from the field. In the 4th, when the best lineup is in, their D was pretty good, but Houston made tough shots.
That said, if they were more consistent, they might not have had such a difficult time down the stretch.
